Hallways stunk. Elevators were dirty. Sheets appeared dirty. Light bulb was burned out by thr sink in the bathroom. The iron didn’t work.

This is not a five star hotel and honestly it is only one step above an extended stay shelter. I booked through a third party site and it is very clear the high ratings there were purchased. The room was extremely dirty and I had to go to my car and Dollar General for cleaning supplies just to make it livable. The refrigerator smelled like something had died in it. We asked for it to be replaced and were told we would have to move rooms instead, then the owner eventually came and removed it. Customer service at the front desk was very dismissive and acted like our concerns were an inconvenience. I did not feel comfortable sleeping here at all and checked out after one night. I would never recommend this hotel to anyone unless they are on a temporary construction contract or trying to go into witness protection. Save yourself the trouble and book somewhere else.

My room was not cleaned at all. The lamp shades were rusted and old, the shower still had hair in it and it had a picker on the floor where they had not sweep the floor. The bed pillow cases were very stained.

I will NEVER stay in this hotel again! Not clean at all. There were multiple roaches and pubic hair in the shower. Feces smears in the toilet....and pubic hairs. This toom was disgusting. No vacancies and no refund so we had to suck it up. Luckily we always have the bed bag for hotels so hmwe slept inside it. I didnt even want me nody to touch this filthy bed. Bed bag going straight in the wash with hot water when we get home. Please sleep in your car rsther than stay here. Seriously.
