Beautiful cabin with amazing views! We stayed here between Christmas & New Year's with a group of 7. The place was spotless, the beds were comfy, and it was stocked with basic necessities (towels, washcloths, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, dishes, silverware, cooking utensils, pots, pans, baking sheets, and the list goes on). The large couch made room for everyone to relax after a day out. The bunk bed room was a little tight as the closet has the washer and dryer. Not a lot of room to store the luggage. Also, with only 1 shower (the upstairs bathroom is only a jetted tub), we had to stagger, but we were able to make it work. The location was centralized for our needs. We spent time in the National Park and saw a few Moose. We did some local shopping and ate at several restaurants. Highly recommend Sagebrush BBQ. We drove to Fraser and Winter Park for some winter fun. Finally, watching the fireworks at midnight on New Year's Eve from the warmth of the top bedroom was a great way to wind down the trip. We felt like we had a front row view! Please be aware that this house is at the top of a VERY steep hill. There is a sign that says during winter, only 4x4 vehicles or tires with chains are allowed. We had an AWD with the best "city tires" and did ok until the last day when it snowed overnight, and the street had not had any attention. We could not make it down until the city came to salt the street.
