* Upper Level: Bedroom 3: King Bed w/ dedicated workspace - Bedroom 4: The ultimate Bunk Room with two (2) Queen-over-Queen Bunk Beds (Sleeps 8).

Guest access:
Full house and entire exterior is all yours! You'll have complete, private access to the main house, both game rooms (including the one with its own private entrance), the fully-fenced backyard, hot tub, and pergola. You also have full access to the driveway and the RV/camper parking area.

Other things to note:
PETS: We are pet-friendly and welcome up to 2 animals (Limit 2). Please clean up after them in the yard with the provided scooper.

YARD: The backyard is fully fenced. Please note the side gate has a ~5-inch gap at the bottom, so small dogs should be supervised.

TRASH: Trash day is Monday. Our neighbor, Bob, will quickly and quietly access the side yard to take the bins to the curb. He will not disturb you.

PARKING: You have 2 driveway spots and a large rocked area for several more cars or an RV/camper.

YOUR HOSTS: We are 100% owner-operated (Jonathan & Kelsi) and take personal pride in High Desert Haven. While we handle all communication directly to ensure a 5-star stay, we have a trusted local team (including our neighbor, Bob!) nearby for any immediate on-site needs.

Hot Tub - No glass, food, or soaps/oils. Shower before use. Clip lid straps after. Negligence (glass/dyes) requiring a drain/refill incurs a $150 fee.
Cleaning - We charge for excessive mess. Stains (makeup/tanner/wine) on linens/rugs & broken items are billed to the guest at the cost of repair.
Quiet Hours - 10PM-7AM. We love our neighbors! Keep noise inside after 10. No parties. Noise complaints or police calls risk immediate termination.

Great home with lots of room, everyone had their own bed, and the kids absolutely loved the game rooms. It’s a quiet community and the neighbors were very friendly. The hot tub looked brand new.This is probably the 50th home I’ve rented and stayed in, and honestly, it might be the best overall—both the house itself and the service from the host. They were awesome. I had a couple of odd requests that most hosts would have probably declined, but they didn’t even hesitate. They just said, “Yes, no problem. Let us know what we can do to help.”We’re already trying to plan our next trip back. Very highly recommended.
