The hotel is comfortable and very quiet, but the bed is too soft; when I fall asleep, I feel a dull ache in my lower back.

I was expecting a king size bed like I rented but got a full size bed. The front desk worker was just rude and unconcerned; he wouldn’t even stop looking at his secondary screen (entertainment) to look at me during check-in. Do not stay here if you have another option!

Couldn't find the proper office to check in for a while as there are 3 Motel 6's on the same street in Williams. No answer on the phone. Finally was able to check in after 1/2 hour of wandering. The room was basic- not super clean. The balcony outside had a dangerous piece of metal to trip on. Overall ok.

The check in had to be done in a different hotel all together. The manager seemed asleep when answering the phone. Just terrible skip this Motel 6 city (they are all run by the same person…) rent somewhere else.

It was fast and easy to check in. The property had a lot to be desired the room ,there was one light and there were 3 that were burned out. There were no soap or conditioner in the showers, there were no tables to put your belongings. Other than that, I rate you 2 stars, maybe. I almost forgot the trains at 1 2 and 3 o'clock in the morning.
