Good location to shipyard and beautiful views
The hotel staff are wonderful but the cleanliness of the room is lacking. However, the rooms are big and have everything you need to stay for awhile. The pool area is very nice and the beach is just across the street. You are about 15-20 minutes from Lucaya Market.

"NO BELLMAN to help w bags to room, (that we had no clue where was since room numbers are not in sequential order, all we were told by concierge was “down there next building” basically “figure it out”;
COCKROACHES in room; housekeeping went 2 of 5days(2nd day; then 3rd day at the end of day after we called needing room service and clean towels; floors were never mopped or broomed during our stay;
One bartender for pool, restaurant, beach; the one that leaves around 2-3pm, couldn't make a margarita and a piña colada at 1pm, (told us to wait for the next shift);
Since no bellman, we saw the LIFE GUARD leaving his duty with people in water, to go help a client with a suitcase to lobby???? So anything is allowed to happen during that time!
Internet is useless; sofa bed mattress MOLD. Furnitures old and dusty, windows in rooms dusty, ants all over the place.
