Although I checked in online before arrival, I had to queue in a long line with other customers who didn’t check in online. That was because the online check-in counter staff was not available. The staff wanted to charge me the room fees again as he couldn’t locate the evidence of payment through Expedia. I refused to pay and had to escalate to a manager who could find my payment in the system. The inexperienced staff just acted as if nothing had happened. I recommend to avoid this hotel!"
