Big let down!!

If you are looking for a disgusting, dirty, and a big disappointment, then you have found it here. The sheets need to be replaced due to pilling and then hair stuck to them. The shower drain was clogged and I cleaned it. The hallway carpets show large stains and discoloration at every room door. The corners of the room caked in dust.

Requested upper floor and away from elevator and assigned 1st floor, next to the elevator. Breakfast pastries and coffee were stale. Very old and uncomfortable mattress. Our room was worn, TV needed to be fixed, toilet was clogged, carpet was stained and we found garbage under the bed. Upkeep does not seem to be a priory at this hotel.

Lots of dog/cat hair in our room, staff was not friendly we couldn’t stay at hotel lobby after 10pm. They said it was hotel policy but they couldn’t show me nothing stating that. Do not recommend this hotel. And also it was free breakfast but they were just checking how much you were grabbing. Really disappointed

There wasn't any hot water to the sink. The tub dripped loudly the first night. The shower felt like there was a max hotwater limit as it never got past warm. I was happy with the room. They did offer for me to move but all my things were unpacked and they wouldn't have helped me move. I also came international so i did not have a corkscrew. The hotel did not have any to lend. Grocery store is across the road, and a Starbucks in same parking lot which was very handy.

Hot tub didn't work most of the time I was there, and the hot water was inconsistent - 2 mornings my shower ran out of hot water. Otherwise rooms clean and helpful staff.

We’ve stayed here a frequently- aside from the breakfast being disappointing everything else is great. The pool and hot tub are always clean, staff is great it is pet friendly. We always feel safe and the rooms are clean.

Pros: The front desk employee was very polite and helpful. The hotel is located rogh off the main road. There are several restaurants near by. Noodles and Co. is next door. Cons: the beds were not very comfortable, the mattress was firm and squicky, there was no body wash or soap in the bathroom. However, there was hand soap outside the bathroom where the sink was located.
