Everyone who works at the Baymont is super friendly and helpful. My husband's a light sleeper, so when we realized we were on the first floor, he asked if we might switch to upstairs and we were quickly and cheerfully accommodated. It's not the newest or fanciest place in the area, but it's conveniently located for folks visiting Fox Point or Mequon family members.

Staff was very friendly, especially the gal working Saturday, October 25. The rooms weren't as clean as they could have been. And I was disappointed with no coffee maker in the room. The breakfast was okay... but the real downer was the coffee... it was so weak you could see the bottom of your cup. I think this is an easy fix! The helper just needs to know how to properly make coffee! We had a large group, and were very thankful for the pool and lounge area for our kids to enjoy.

Clean, Staff Courteous & Friendly, Breakfast was hot and fresh. Quiet and the Bed was so comfortable. The housekeeping staff made sure we had fresh linen and towels everyday as well as making sure the trash was empty.

This is an older hotel. Which I knew, but the Internet speeds were atrocious (7 Mbps down, 3 Mbps up). The owner of the hotel was onsite and said he could call IT to approve my device, but that it would be a Max of 10 Mbps. I let the owner know, since I needed reliable Internet to work while staying I was not able to stay and checked out 39 minutes after checking in. He refused even a partial refund of my two night booking. There was also the fact the corners of the bathroom and tub hasn't been cleaned in a very long time and the room has a very musty odor.
