Fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances. Comfortable bedrooms each with plush bedding.Outdoor patio and backyard (barbecue grill, fire pit and outdoor sitting). The house was nice and spacious and had all the things to do from the hot tub, fire pit, pool, darts, ect. A nice place to gather with family and friends.

The house was great. No issues whatsoever. Big bass community are rude as soon as they find out your are a guest and not owner. You have to use a gate entrance and not the roads that let you pass through the community. You have to leave the community and drive outside to go to a different spot. You have to pay extra to use some of their facilities. (Outdoor pool tennis equipment.If you are not an owner you can use the gym at all. Monday Tuesday and Wednesday no one as guest can make reservations or use anything. For as much as we paid for the house all the facilities should be open to the guest. Would I recommend the house yes. To stay in the community No we will not be going back to that community

Property is not in great condition

Not maintained well there was no water pressure in first floor bathroom. Chinaware is very limited. Cookware is very low quality non stick coating is coming off on most of them ..ladles are old and nothing is in steel ! Bedding is so low quality not even cotton. I wouldn’t recommend paying such high charge for this kind of quality
