Hej, Mina kort slutade och fungera vilket resulterade i att jag inte kom in pÄ mitt vandrarhem och fick ladda om kortet i er apparat, med personal i telefonen. Det fungerade inte heller och jag fick i spöregn göra om allt. Jag vill bli kompenserad för en natt. Om det inte gÄr att dra bort kostander sÄ kan ni skicka mig bekrÀftelse via mail pÄ en fri natt. Ett vÀldigt trevligt budgetboende!

StÀllde ut pÄ BokmÀssan i Göteborg och hittade detta boende för mig och min kollega. Litet, vÀldigt litet, rum för tvÄ personer dÀr det faktiskt finns fyra sÀngar men dÄ bör man enbart tillbringa natten dÀr. Vilket vi i princip gjorde ÀndÄ. OmrÄdet var lugnt! Inget stök alls. Vi kikade hur frukostbufféen sÄg ut och blev vÀldigt överraskade dÄ den höll god hotell-klass. Den var vÀl vÀrd 115:-/person. Vi promenerade in till mÀssan, dÀr Àven Liseberg och Scandinavien ligger och det var en trevlig promenad. Vi hade Àven kunnat ta buss eller spÄrvagn. Minus var toalett och dusch i korridoren men det kÀnde vi ju till nÀr vi bokade. För oss var det inget problem Àven om det sÄklart var lite obekvÀmt. PÄ hotels.com stod det att det skulle tillhandahÄllas schampoo men det var inte korrekt. NÀr jag pÄtalade detta genom att visa en screenshot sÄ löste den vÀldigt trevlige receptionisten detta genom att man sÄg till att köpa en flaska schampoo till oss. VÀldigt snyggt agerat! Det fanns en Tempobutik som ligger vÀldigt nÀra och vÀgg i vÀgg med den sÄ ligger en grekisk restaurang. DÀr serverades vÀldigt god grekisk mat som var vÀldigt prisvÀrd.
