Soumen was also very helpful and made us feel well taken care of. One small piece of feedback, only because we would genuinely love to come back again. We stayed for three nights and felt that the food menu became a little repetitive after the first day. The taste was excellent and the overall spread was good, but the breakfast, lunch and dinner menus felt quite similar across the days. A little more variation in the menu from one day to another would make the overall experience even better, especially for guests staying for multiple nights. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would definitely love to visit again! Hotels.com has won our heart and probably now onwards qe'll use this platform only. Back to back great service, great experience. Noone in this world can ensure trouble-free situations, but the difference is qho os willing to own and resolve. Hotels.com probably is the best in it.
