Resort was great. Good location. Had a shuttle to take you to the beach and golf carts to the pool. Rooms were nice and spacious for a family of four. Can't wait to go back.

Beware of hidden resort fees at check out. For the price of reservation, I was very surprised and disappointed to be charged over $300 for resort fees on top of the price of the room. When I called to request a breakdown of what charge was for, I was told that it was a private pool area. What? the pool was closed by 8:15 each night and was not an added benefit for our group. Also, to have a private cabana or large lounge chair was an extra charge. Very disappointed by how the resort staff handled my questions for explanation. Very nice condo but very expensive for the rest of the so called “amenities “ of being at the “resort “

overall the hotel is very well equipped and comfortable, the only inconvenience is the pool is not located at the hotel property, but staff will take you in their cart. is only a 3 min drive. the beach is close by around 14 min drive, but the hotel provides you with transportation every hour, must register on their list. is good since you don't have to worry about parking. overall is a great hotel.great rooms, I had a suite and it was excellent. great marina view.

Service and staff were amazing. Property was so clean and the staff were so professional so pleasant. The amenities on property will definitely be back there. We didn’t have a car and we were able to get around just fine with the hotel transportation, which was incredible.

I absolutely loved this resort, the service was impeccable and the staff were amazing. I would 100% come back here. They made me and my daughter so welcomed. So much to do at this resort. They have a shuttle hourly to 5th avenue shopping and restaurants. The only negative is the restaurant Nosh as the servers were rude and clearly had an issue. I would like to thank each member of staff at the hotel.

The only thing I was not happy with was when I checked out and found I had to pay $20 parking plus tax. I was not advised of this when I booked or checked in. It also should not be a charge to park when your paying for a room.

The room was spacious and very nice. It wasn't the cleanest room. I did wipe things down myself. All the staff was friendly and helpful. The shuttle service was a great help. The pool area was very enjoyable. The gym was a decent gym. We will be back and would recommend this property
