Great location but.......

We requested to be met at 5.30 when we arrived as had an 81 yr old with us. Be aware there are 2 towers and to check which tower you are staying. We arrived on time but no one to meet us, when we called we were advised the person we had contacted was sick and the message had not been passed on. We waited until 6.40 for someone to let us in. We requested another key for the room and it was utmost important that we have it, whilst looking after an elderly person and packing up a deceased estate unit, that the water had been cut off we were required to come back for a toilet break, we also requested a phone call the following morning to advise us when it will be delivered. Never got the call or the other key! When I received an email hoping out stay was good I asked about the other key, I was told the previous occupant had lost it - how hard is it to get another key produced and how is it the current occupants problem! The front of the microwave door had come away from the unit so we were required to push it in and up to get the microwave working. There were 3 of us staying but only 1 flannel provided - we managed to get 2 more from a cleaning person we came across.

Great location, large unit with plenty of space, big balconies & good water views. What let’s this apartment down is it’s cleanliness & overall state of repair. Lights that are not working, door handles falling off, lots of visible patches on walls, exterior balcony doors that don’t lock, dirty cutlery, crockery & kitchen utensils on check in. Looks ok on check in but doesn’t take you long to realise it’s quite dirty. We were provided with only 1 key for the entire stay apparently due to the last guest failing to return a key. This was very inconvenient given key fobs are required to access the apartment floor, pool, parking etc. No attempt was made to get us another key.

I would like to make a formal complaint about this property and request a refund. This property was a disgrace. - It had not been cleaned at all since the previous people were in it. - Dirty Kitchen with food leftovers still on bench - Dirty bowls and cups - Dirty linen on beds and a hole in one of them! - Soap scum around bathroom sinks and in the showers - Chips left all over the couch!! - Bedroom light in Bed2 did not turn on and only flickered - Bed2 bedroom door was jammed shut and could not open - High pitch loud sound continually coming out of the toilet - Cockroaches outside that I stood on! - Just a very damaged unit - filled holes all over the walls, stained carpets, even crayon on the doors! I am absolutely disgusted with this property and have videos and photos to send to you. I would expect that booking through a reputable website like Expedia that these kind of things would not happen. Very unhappy customer.

１．メールにて１７時にチェックインする旨を伝えていたにも関わらず、返信もなく時間が過ぎこちらから電話を入れて３０分待たされた。 ２．部屋のアメニティも家族では到底足りない小さなシャンプーコンディショナー２本だけ。 小タオルも２枚だけ。 ３．これだけ広い部屋にも関わらず食器類が少なすぎて料理もできない。 ４．ハイグレードコンドミニアムにも関わらずWi-Fiすら無い。 ５．部屋の清掃状況についても洗面台の引き出しにはコンドームが一箱有り使った後の袋も放置され乾燥機の中も髪の毛だらけのゴミだらけ。おまけに異常音がうるさい。 ６．こちらは関係ないかもしれませんが、ベランダに出ればゴキブリが二匹居て、清潔にしてない因果関係を感じました。
