Great room, nice new building. Staff were lovely, helpful when we had to do a late check in. The groundskeeper in particular was very friendly and helped find my son’s lost football on our first day! Location is quiet, only a few blocks from the restaurants and shops but there is a good coffee shop 200m away. Beach and park also very close. Views were first class, and it was a very spacious layout. Wish we had stayed longer!

Encore is a very smart comfortable residence within easy walking of Cavill Avenue and the shops and restaurants of Broadbeach. The apartments are all very well spaced and equipped, and the lovely recreation area with gym, pool, jacuzzi and sauna are perfect for everyone to use.

Lovely property, the only issue was the third bedroom had no hanging cupboard, which was very strange...was it a 3 bedroom or 2 bedroom and a study, with a bed in it? Parking for our second car in the street was difficult too. The property and facilities were amazing, heated pool, spa, gym and sauna
