Everything was perfect! Smiles, clean, excellent pool, chilled water readily available, thick fluffy towels, & pool towels, housekeeping great at their work. Easy accessible location. Scenic top floor restaurant- we were told by a customer the luncheon buffet is a bounty of seafood. Did I mention the fabulous pool? Plenty of comfortable lounges, seating, shaded areas, drinks & food served poolside too!

I’m giving this hotel 3 stars because the room itself was clean, comfortable, and overall pleasant. However, we did experience a few hiccups that seemed to stem from discrepancies between what was advertised on Wotif and what the hotel had on record. We had prepaid for the room, parking, and breakfast. Each time we exited the carpark, we were prompted to pay $25, though thankfully staff were able to lift the boom gate when we buzzed for assistance. At breakfast, our prepaid booking wasn’t showing in the hotel’s system, and we were initially asked to pay again. After explaining that it was included in our Wotif booking, the issue was eventually sorted out. We also ordered room service, which came with a $5 delivery fee. Unfortunately, the wait time was far too long, and when the food finally arrived, it was cold, making the extra charge feel even more disappointing. Overall, the stay was comfortable, but clearer coordination between the hotel and Wotif would have made the experience much better.

The shower smelt like vomit. There was no knife and fork.the ice cream from room service was melted and u needed a straw to eat it. My grand children were upset. And on the Saturday we were given an extra hour than normal, and we went back upstairs to check the room to make sure we didn't leave anything they wouldn't let us back in the room to check. I was very pissed off. Snd front desk wasn't to interested, just saying they will speak to them. Not very happy in the end.

The room was lovely, the breakfasts were wonderful. Very surprised that there was no drinks or snacks to purchase. We ordered room service and that was cold. There was no soap, no shower caps, no sanitary items. Shampoo,and conditioner and body wash were wall mounted in the shower so couldnt use them in the bath. Certainly a little short from the crown experience we were hoping for

Everything was amazing! We had a little issue with the aircon in our room which Scarlet quickly got us a new room and management offered us a free breakfast the next day. The whole team were amazing and made us feel so welcoming, we will be back more often! Thanks again team 😁
