We've been coming to Imperial surf for over 20 years. Love the location. Good to see some of the rooms have been updated and it looks as if the common areas are slowly being worked on too (which is needed).

The view of the Ocean and the beach was great, as was the location. But the floor in the main bedroom had been wet at some point and had started it lift, making it very unsafe. The bathrooms had been renovated recently, but the shower shelf hadn't been replaced, meaning saop, shampoo etc had to go on the floor.

If you are looking for somewhere fancy to stay, this accommodation is not for you. BUT if you are looking for unparalleled ocean views thats family friendly and close to everything, this is definitely the place for you. Sure its old and seen better days, but the plus side is its roomy, has everything you need and super friendly staff. We will 100% stay there again.
