The room was very clean, spacious, and quite comfortable. Whenever I stay in a hotel/motel there is ALWAYS something I notice that either needs fixing, cleaning, or just is not right. I did not notice a single thing on this visit. The front desk clerk who checked me in was extremely pleasant and proficient at her job. I will go out of my way to stay there again.

Don't try to save money by going here.

The price you see online is not the price you pay so heads up when you get there there's automatic charges on top of the price you were quoted but they're hidden to try and get customers they nickel and dime everything you are much better off paying the higher price at the hotels in Glenwood springs or wherever you're going then trying to save money by staying out here. They charge you for parking and every other little thing you do breakfast is not included in fact it's like $15 a person more. There's an extra $15 a night to park your car. They count on the fact that once you're there you're kind of stuck there's only one other hotel in town most of the other hotels are going to be booked up so you have to pay the extra prices a cheap trick.

Terrible pillows!! Comfortable bed. Restaurant had just been remodeled and did not have most of the items listed on menu. Restaurant was only manned by the bartender who also was the waiter….took a long get to get food since we think he was also doing the cooking. Other staff members were in snd out of kitchen…no sure of proper food hsndling?

For the price it was ok. Service was slow, pay for parking even though there is plenty of parking spaces. Room had garbage laying around. Pillows needed to be upgraded. Otherwise, beds were comfortable and room was functional.
