Room appeared to be recently renovated - everything looks new(ish) - flooring is nice with porcelain tile floor around sink area and in bath area. All fixtures and appliances new. Everything works as it should. Bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was better than expected for a lower old style motel. Staff was very cheerful and helpful. Very good eating locations within 2 blocks. We've stayed two nights, once on the way to CA and once on the way back. No surprises. Would definitely stay here again.
