I think it was all an engineering issue. Entering the hotel, the lobby was un-airconditioned which made checking in a sweaty , uncomfortable affair. Disgusting. Provided a pull out mattress that was covered in god knows what for our child to sleep on. The hotel is under construction which was not advised noises disruptive. Hotel staff are nice but not helpful.
