We had to ask each time we wanted the room to be cleaned The lobbybof the inn has a very strong smell of Indian cooling. No place in the room to.put clothes away. A very small & unstable coat rack was the only place to hang clothimg. Inadequate for 2 people. Staff was vet pleasant

Power went out for a couple of hours in the morning, when it came back on, the heater didn’t work anymore for the remainder of our stay. We called the front desk to tell them and they seemed disinterested in helping, which no one did. Breakfast was fine but weird how they used grocery store dinner wedges as home fries and the cheapest, thinnest, cold bread imaginable. They don’t even have a menu for their restaurant available in the rooms, or a menu we could take back to the room at the restaurant itself. We normally stay at Microtel when in Antigonish, but decided to give Maritime Inn a try this time. Will definitely pay the extra to visit Microtel from now on."
