Staff support is very inconsistent, some were amazing like the front desk team and Vasi at the Pool! Seems like they are still figuring out communication and process in the early days of being open. I will say the hotel lacked a bit of the Italian charm that we typically look for when traveling in Italy, so would love to see that become more of a priority! Location was great not too hard to get to but also away from the typical tourism spots."
