The Art Hotel is at a good location, just 1 block from bars and nightclubs. The staff was also friendly and helpful. The room I stayed at was large but closet space was very limited. The hotel safe did not work properly as I was not able to open it with the same 4 digit pin. The room was not sound proof.

The service was excellent and the employees were amazing, the food was delicious and beyond fresh but the one complaint I do have is I requested a queen size bed and was give two twins I’ve had the room booked months in advance.

Clean, secured, modern 4 start hotel located very closed to Parque Lleras; 2 small restaurants in the same building, a beauty salon,a very small but good spa, safe to walk at nigth or day, several places around the hotel to eat or to have a drink. I would suggested to the hotel that the security guard should be more proactive like for example helping guesses hauling taxis.( I was recently in Binn Hotel and they always do that or they call a taxi company for you). The wet area was close due to some work. Staff was unbelievable helpful, i became extremely ill one nigth and they call the paramedics who show up quick to my room and get me back in my feet in ni time bc they arrived very well prepared.That was amazing. On the other note when i was doing the reservation i read a lot of bad reviews about been charged extra fees and i will explain what its all that about. There is a lot of sexual turism in Medellin and i guess one way for the hotel to try to prevent the place to became a motel it's I'm guessing to put a subcharged 200.000 mil Colombian pesos to any person that it's not register in the initial reservation. I will book it again for sure.

We stayed one night cause early flight and it was a great option. The food at the restaurant was a delicious surprise. There are several shopping options around but Centro Comercial San Nicolas is fairly large. Also, free shuttle service to the airport which is within 5 minutes. Recommended.
