I had a terrible experience with the desk clerk in the morning, He was very rude and impolite. he seemed to think that he can call the police. When a customer is trying to explain to him that the internet was not working and I was not pleased. So I left, I will be going on YELP!

The motel shows evidence of updating the facilities, hopefully with help from Wyndham Inc. The lobby and breakfast shows this improvement. I hope to see it continuing the renovating the rooms. The staff was helpful in most requests and kept in touch during are stay. The motel meet our needs as we stayed in the area for the local Renaissance Faire. I would be happy to stay here again with the expectation of the renovation of the motel rooms, beds, pillows, linen, bathroom improvement. Wyndham needs to assist in this endeavor to improve the occupancy of this motel. Good motel to stay, I would come again.

Older building, room decor a little dated. Pretty standard for this price range. Clean & comfortable enough for a short stay. Very friendly,efficient staff.

Terrible!

We stayed 1 night, there was 1 entrance, a small door in the "back" due to construction in the front.  Funny that they are upgrading the front, since the rest of the motel is broken down, moldy, uncomfortable & dirty.  I looked longingly across the street to the Gilroy Inn when I opened the window just because this place was so unwelcoming.  The front desk was less than helpful as one of our "neighbors" on the second floor was smoking marijuana, which filled the entire second floor hallway.  So much for their strict "No Smoking" policy...  I wished I had never stayed.  You would do better to find another place.

Great for the price

The room was a nice size. It had a microwave and a mini fridge. The bathroom was tiny and the sink did not drain well, but overall it was more than expected.  The free breakfast was mostly packaged sweet rolls and other carbs, but it was something to eat.

Would not stay again

Pros: Close restaurants, Free Internet
Cons: Poor breakfast
Lobby and elevator extremely dirty. Room in poor repair with very worn bedspread. Bed not at all comfortable.

Needs a lot of simple enhancements to make the stay better.

Pros: Free breakfast, Free Internet, close to outlets
Cons: no ice!, no snacks in machines, no restroom in lobby, no shelving unit near sink, no towel rack near sink, sprinklers would not turn off, tv was not working, limited hangers, told tips not given to housekeeping
Bano and Eddie were very friendly and accommodating.

Lost our Reservation and then suddenly found it.

Cons: Poor breakfast, no towel racks in the bathroom, electric plugs in room didn't work
I thought this place was going to be better. I was looking at the pictures online and thought it looked good. They lost our reservation, poor breakfast, no business center.
