Beds are getting worn out.

Digital key kept saying that they were preparing our room. When I finally checked at the desk they said “oh” and then proceeded to give me actual key cards. When I asked if the digital keys were not working, they said “you can try it again if you want”. I did, and it worked. Mattresses are getting worn out on the lamp side of the bed. It appears they do not rotate them as the other side of the letters is still nice and firm. They must be slowly changing them out because our room in July did not have this problem. Also, they should note that the pool is closed for the season (and repairs according to the maintenance guy). The entire hotel is pet friendly according to the front desk, contrary to one online source that said only specific rooms were pet friendly. Limited areas to take your pet to the bathroom. What was available was covered in trash.

Nice breakfast. Steak restaurant next door. Convenient to the Interstate staff was helpful and very friendly. Rooms were clean. Refrigerator in the room.
