Highly recommend.

This was my second time staying at this Tru location. The hotel is very, very clean with comfortable rooms. Hotel associates were nice and friendly during check-in. Breakfast was great. I will definitely stay here again when visiting Beckley.

The room was in poor condition. Both cleanliness and repair. There was an ant infestation in the room when we arrived. We found the property quite noisy. We were traveling with a pet so with the room and pet charge this one night stay was almost $300. Absolutely not worth it. I won’t be staying here again.

It looks very nice. But we did not have tv because TV provider also coming out to the next day to result the problem. Also, I didn’t like there was some guys Playing pool one guy didn’t have a shirt on with tattoos all over him didn’t think that look very appropriate as you come in the door. But it could just be me didn’t look very nice. rather surprised of the creaky floors in a brand new building. other than that not having no TV all night wasn’t good thanks.

When we arrived it was 12:50am Thursday morning. We had nowhere to park but staff offered to move his vehicle and let me park in his spot. Ty hat was nice, however there was clicking and banging all night at our door. When we checked out and needed to travel the rest of the 7 hours to South Carolina, I noticed on my brand new truck had scratches all along the side of the drivers front fender. My truck has literally 2000 miles on it and those scratches weren't there when we parked it. Overall not the best stay however I would love to review video coverage of the parking lot from 1:00am until we left at around 8:15am Thursday May 1st
