Book this location because they had a pool, i called there to confirm weeks before. Got there this weekend. My Husband checked us in while i loaded the cart. Took eveything upstairs, when i came down noticed it said the pool was closed. I asked if it would be open the next day, they said no. Asked them why we were not notified. They said they didnt have too. They had one sign behind the counter that said pool closed. They said we could cancel for free but yet they still charged our account. Called today and are still waiting on a refund. Go to the Holiday Inn, alot better.

We had a death in our family in the area. Our group of family members of out of state all reserved rooms here. We all had a very good stay under the circumstances. The staff were all very nice and helpful. Would recommend staying here.

Property was exactly as described, was very easy check in, and very comfortable for me and my pup for the night. Lots of options for a quick easy dinner, and breakfast was your typical hotel breakfast. Would stay here again.

We stayed in 262 which is a King Suite. Our air conditioners didn’t work, our coffee pot was left dirty, there was dumpsters outside of our window and because our ac’s didn’t work we had them opened all night and people kept throwing big heavy things in the dumpsters for the majority of the night. Our bed was comfy but the pillows were terrible. We politely let the front desk worker know of our issues this morning at checkout and she didn’t seem to care. Unfriendly staff and poor stay.

Checked into our room and it was not clean. Toilet was clogged with urine, feces, and toilet paper. Asst. Manager unclogged toilet and cleaned bathroom. The room had no heat as the thermostat was broken off the wall. We were moved to an upgraded room.
