"We had a great stay for an 80th birthday celebration. Clean, spacious house with large kitchen and dining area. Bikes and water toys were fun for the kids. Large deck to gather for sunset. Community pool was an added bonus for the really hot days!"

"We loved our stay at Boyce Cottage! The location is gorgeous. You can easily access Warsaw, Lewisetta Marina, Montrose, and more. The house is really comfortable with tons of extras like kayaks, a canoe, games, grill, and more. The kitchen has all the tools and equipment you need. The owner is super responsive and helpful. We will definitely return."

"This was the perfect spot for my husband and I and our two dogs. The large fenced yard was great to spend time in. The bed and pillows were extremely comfortable. We will definitely be back if we are in the area again! "

"We had a wonderful time at this house celebrating our parents 90th birthdays. We had 21 adults and 2 children. There was sleeping room for all with a lot of convertible couches/chairs for extra beds. The kitchen and dining areas accommodated our large group very well. Best of all was the direct access to the beach. We enjoyed sunrises, sunsets and water activities. The screened porch looks directly out to the water which was a nice spot for those who wanted to stay out of the sun.The owner was extremely responsive in answering any questions we had."

"Property was everything we wanted for a get away. House was very well appointed and had everything we needed. Water was refreshing until the jellyfish decided to pay us a visit. Neighborhood was so quiet. We took morning and evening walks with our dog and she loved it. Saw the occasional deer and rabbit.Kathy was so easy to communicate with. Can't wait to come back!"
