Nice location. The hotel was dated and needy some renovations. Damp and musky smell in hallways and room. The TV picked up 3 stations, cartoon, BET and Laugh in channel. I think this is more of a fishing hotel. Employees were nice and check-in and out were fast.

We were not able to stay here! Do not book with this hotel, we should’ve looked up reviews beforehand. When we checked in and got up to our room, we were assaulted by a horrible smell. It was mildew, beach brine, and body odor! We found swim trunks hanging in the closet, so clearly the room had not bee properly cleaned between guests. We went back down to the front desk to request a new room, had to wait 15-20 minutes for the front desk staff to reemerge. When we politely explained the situation, she seemed confused why we were requesting the room change and ultimately told us she could not switch our room. So we requested a refund since we used the room for approximately 2 minutes. She said that couldn’t be done without a manager and we were instructed to call back the next day when the manager was in. I called twice, phone went straight to voicemail, left two messages and never received a call back. The worst hotel experience of my whole life.
