Room was nice. Beds were clean. They replinshed the towels frequently which was nice. There are several different activities for children. But I booked this hotel for the water park and it was not available. Apparently, the outdoor water slides are only open on the weekends. The indoor water slides are not for smaller children. My kids were very upset. I would have stayed at another hotel if it would have been advertised. Also, the outdoor splash pad and kiddie slide closed earlier than the pool. NONE OF THIS WAS MENTIONED!

The indoor water area needs needs updated with fresh paint . The outdoor water slides were down during our stay. But overall great place to stay with kids . Love the daily activities they put on . Great stay we came from a much larger resort but this place is great for kids loved how late the indoor pools and outdoor pools were open beautiful Mountain View’s lots of kid activities older property building wise the floor was uneven in the hallway. But wasn’t an issue we loved having a kitchen and full size fridge and a washer and dryer as well. The staff was amazing the morning after our first night the housekeeper came in and took our trash out a new bag in and brought us fresh towels every staff member we encountered was great and polite and helpful would absolutely stay here again!
