We got in at 5pm and the water park was closed due to lightening. (Totally understandable.) We were going to use the water park the next day but we had to check out by 10 and there were no showers to use before leaving if we decided to go to the water park. So we skipped it altogether. Definitely would not have stayed here if it weren’t for the water park plans. Hotel was fine but beds were not great and pull out couch was awful.

Overall the stay was great! The staff was super friendly, accommodating, answered questions with ease and were informative from the start! The room was extremely clean and neat. The inside pool area features a shallow “baby” pool, a regular pool and 2 water slides. That was very nice for the rainy days.

This was our second stay at the resort within the last year and it was just as amazing as the first time! Lots of activities for kids throughout the day (craft time, Mario Kart gaming, build a buddy, butterfly house exhibit outside, etc.) and Jackie was so outgoing and positive at every event we attended that she deserves a special shout out! The 2 playgrounds, amazing outdoor waterpark for kids, and indoor smaller waterpark for inclement weather make this hotel an absolute win for my kids, ages 5 and 2. My kids especially enjoyed the free poolside popsicles during "Popsicle Patrol" at 2 pm daily. Traveling with kids it is so convenient to have a full kitchen and table with chairs for dining with a family. Housekeeping came daily and were so friendly and accommodating to whatever needs you had. My kids absolutely LOVED the bunk beds!! Also, having a washer and dryer in your hotel room was so nice for washing clothes mid- vacation and drying out bathing suits each day. We are already planning our next trip to the resort to hopefully stay during their fall harvest fest or during their winter Christmas celebration. I 100% recommend staying here and giving your family the BEST vacation in the Smoky Mountains!!!

We wete on the 4th floor and our ac unit was enclosed on the balcony. The bexroom was next to it and it made a loud noise while running. There were birds building a nest on the balcony as well so each morning there would be twigs and other nest material on the deck. Thr room was good and overall we had a good time.

Had a blast! 8 family members stayed in a suite that was like a condo/mini apartment. Staff was friendly and helpful fixed minor problems promptly. It's close enough to do all the things offered in the area but not right on the main road. Kids loved the pools and activities! Adults loved the hot tubs and slides! Would definitely stay here again!

Yes, this resort is a little outdated and could use some upgrades - but, overall fantastic! You get your monies worth and then some. Stayed with a 3 & 6 year old and they enjoyed the butterfly area & build a bear activities in addition to the waterpark area. Friendly staff. Clean room & spacious. Nice to have a kitchen & washer/dryer in the unit. Fun free popsicle cart poolside for kids & cheap cabana rental for the day. Highly recommend!
