The resort is clean with friendly staff!! The outside pool was well manintained and one of cleaniest pools I've seen at a resort. Alot of time and effort was put into the harvest decorations and they were excellent and enjoyable to walk through. I've stayed in a lot of hotels over the years and this one is my favorite.

Amazing place! Right by everything. The indoor and outdoor pools/waterpark is great. Lots of cool activities to do. Nice rooms and super friendly staff. Will be staying here again

The room was ok. The ice maker did not work, the king bed needed to be replaced, the air worked great in one bedroom but not in the other. It was very loud being beside the road, you could hear everything. Manager contacted me and I told them about the issues and nothing was addressed. We when checked in we had to wait for a good 10-15 mins because two employees one being a manager went into the office.

This stay was a complete nightmare. The front desk staff were unfriendly from the time we arrived and I checked us in. Our room was full of stink bugs, which I mentioned to the staff. Was told I shouldn’t have killed the bugs, but left them alone because they smell when killed. Also we were harassed beginning at around 8:30 am on check out day by housekeeping staff, knocking loudly three times from 8:30 to 10:00 to get us out of the room. Do not stay at this hotel. Better does exist, with friendlier staff!

The room was amazing. Parking was close. Worked perfect for our little family. Loved the playground and that there were lots of activities available. Pools and hot tubs were great as well. Loved Popsicle Patrol! We did have some issues though. Arrived at 4pm for check-in and out room wasnt ready for 30 minutes, normally not a huge deal except they charge for early check-in so I felt it should be ready on time. Second my kids are very little and the splash pad broke along with the lazy river on our second day there and that's all my 2 year old wanted to do. Third day there the inside mushroom quit working as well. I know they can't control broken things but really sucks that everything for my 2 year old went down.

Had a great time. The kids loved it. Lots of swimming indoor and outdoor with wster slides both inside and out. Room was clean lots of room for the kids to not be .. you know "right there" on top of you. LoL!!! The only complaint I had was i wish they would have had some kind of food service like a snack stand for hotdogs or burgers 🍔 something... we had ti eat off grounds or buy groceries which we did both. Our room had a full kitchen with full size fridge so i guess that makes up for it. over all we had a great mini vacay... OH YEAH from our point of view the rooms were very well clean some of the cleanest we saw and we stay in that area a fee times a year at different locations. Hope ive help with any questions you may of had.
