Alexandria who helped us the most is a real find and I hope the owners realize that. She handled our entire stay with her very upbeat attitude and made this the best vacation we have had in Pigeon Forge in years. This Lodge is a must stay place, the next time we are in the area…very classy place!

Berry Springs Lodge is a wonderful place. Besides a warm welcome (with fresh baked goodies!) it has beautiful grounds surrounding it...ponds for fishing, hikes for meandering in the gorgeous woods, croquet, biking, canoeing. The breakfasts are fresh cooked and delicious. We had a lovely view from our room. And the staff is very gracious.

Fantastic honeymoon

We went for our honeymoon and it didn’t disappoint. We enjoyed the fishing and the beautiful views most of all. The room was clean and comfortable. The little desserts they have in the evening was a nice little touch. Definitely recommend ending your stay with a couples massage in the privacy of your room.

All of the staff here is great, the chef cooked amazing food. Emily, Daniel, and Alexandria were great to my husband and I. Management could have done better and told us the hot tub wasn’t working as we booked this in advance. Other then that this place is quite, clean and a fun romantic place to visit.

Rustic atmosphere: homemade pastries available throughout the day, a refrigerator stocked with sodas and water and ice cream sandwiches in the freezer gave a very homey, "mom and pop" feeling to the place. The grounds were lovely and everything from a rowboat to fishing poles to a pool table were available for use. Staff members were personable and very helpful. Homemade breakfast was delicious. Views from the back and front porches provided for both a beautiful sunset and sunrise. Our room on the second floor had a balcony which was also a bonus.

This is a quaint lodge located on quiet, scenic grounds. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. They went above and beyond to make my stay pleasant, even leaving a dessert in my room when I had unexpected delays. I enjoyed beginning and ending each sitting outside on my room’s private outside balcony. One of my best traveling experiences!

Excellent lodge staff, very pleasant attitudes, breakfast is by far the best in the smoky mountains. This is our go to place to stay. what a gem. Fantastic sunrise along with mountain and valley views. Rooms facing east have the sunrise view, the view from the dining area and large covered porch have great sunrise view also.

We loved staring at Berry Springs Lodge. The only thing we would change is we wish there was a mini fridge in the room. There is a communal fridge downstairs though.

The staff was very friendly and personable. There were lots of amenities: fresh roasted coffee, free drinks, free ice cream sandwiches, homemade staff recipe desserts every evening, fresh cooked breakfast each morning. This place was amazing!
