Disappointed in booking agency.
We were devastated to arrive at this remote location to find that our booking had not been made. Fortunately I had the confirmation with me and the manager very kindly put us in a lovely big chalet. From there on our stay eas wonderful.

We had a lovely room with a beautiful river view. Mina at reception was incredibly friendly and helpful. She took such good care of us and accommodated our request to change to a river-view room without any trouble. The room was very clean and comfortable, and the guesthouse has a gorgeous garden. Breakfast was excellent with plenty of options to choose from. Check-in and check-out were both very efficient. We highly recommend this guesthouse to everyone and will definitely stay here again in the future. Thank you so much! Ian and James"
