The first room assigned to us was in terrible condition.Water leaks, clogged drains. When we contacted the front desk, they responded immediately and changed us to another clean room. That one seemed fine. If it had been like that from the start, it would have been a solid 5-star experience.

The staff were excellent. The rooms were pretty good too but beds were a little squeaky but comfortable. It’s the staff that made the difference for me. They were very attentive I asked for a room close to elevator and they were able to accommodate easily. Room had a nice fridge and microwave.

Clean room, since it was the holidays it was a bit busy which ended up making it a little noisy in the evenings. Felt like the walls were a little thin, but overall it was a good experience. Breakfast was okay, could be better, but it was included in the room so I wouldn’t complain.

It was good. Clean room and good breakfast, but the hotel is in a busy area. Busy street and busy parking. They charge $45 dls per night and it’s not easy to find a parking space since people that go to the restaurants and ice cream shops park in the same parking lot. Definitely I won’t stay in this hotel again. I prefer a more quiet area.

The noise from the ac unit in our room sounds like there is a helicopter. If we were not tired from our Disney trip every time we come in the room, we wouldn't be able to sleep with that noise whenever it's trying too cool the room. It was very loud.

The fact that you are charged $25 a night for parking, it's ridiculous especially when all the people from next door park there for free and then, walk over and get their ice cream. Because no one enforces the parking situation.
