Absolutely perfect for large family reunions or corporate getaways, this 3,600 square foot retreat near the shore of Bear Lake will be just the place for you and your group to get some much-needed rest and relaxation. To start, the private indoor pool is pure luxury! Take a dip or two here in seclusion with your group, providing convenience and enjoyment. This home also boasts an airy ambiance, high-end finishings, and a lofted game room with ping-pong, foosball, and six-shot basketball for added fun. The smaller ones in your group also have a playroom with a variety fo toys and books. When the gang builds up an appetite, the grill master of the group can show off their skills on the private gas grill or everyone can lend a helping hand and head into the fully equipped kitchen (featuring two ovens) to whip up a tasty meal. Enjoy a toasty beverage on the spacious deck as you look out to the calm water and stunning colors of the sunset. End each day gathered together around the firepit reminiscing beneath the stars.

When it is time to hit the hay, five lovely bedrooms await to assist in a good night's rest. The master bedroom is located on the first floor and offers a plush king bed and an en suite bathroom for your comfort and convenience. Make your way upstairs and you will find four more bedrooms all with double beds, a common area offering two sets of double bunk beds and two double trundle beds, and two full bathrooms. High-speed internet, central air-conditioning, and a washer/dryer round out the essentials of your home.

Located just north of the main drag of Garden City, there will be no delay in heading into town and popping into the charming local restaurants, shops, and grocery stores. The lake is mere minutes away, so soaking up some sunshine with a picnic on the beach or a day of paddling out on the water will be just the ticket for a well-spent day. Rent a boat and you can really get a taste of the lake lifestyle. Come winter, Beaver Mountain Ski Area will be just the place to shred some powder just thirteen-and-a-half miles away.

THINGS TO KNOW

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the nightly pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting "Yes" to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The nightly fee ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 5 vehicles.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
