The bathtub looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in weeks, the top to the toilet tank was broken. But the bed was comfortable and the room was very inexpensive.

There were so many things wrong with our stay. First night, no hot water and a non draining tub. Around 1:00am the next morning, a man with an active key card tried to come in my room. Stopped by the latch. Yelled at me saying I was in his room. Had my children in tears. Front desk clerk came 20 minutes later beating very loudly on the door demanding my ID and asking how I got in the room. Again, had the children in tears. I refused to let her just take my ID, went with her to verify my reservation. She had the nastiest attitude with me because she double booked my room. Later, around 7:00am morning someone started beating on my door every few minutes and running away. Went to ask front desk about about the person knocking and the no draining tub. Again met with the same female and attitude. No resolution. Day 3 asked same front desk clerk if she at least had a plunger I could use because the water was now standing in the tum. She rolled her eyes and said the hotel didn’t have one. Asked for clean towels, same clerk said there were none. I’d have to go to to laundry room myself to find them if I wanted them. On top of all of that, clean towels are actually dirty, iron stains on mattresses, semi clean rooms. Don’t waste your time, go somewhere eles. I will never return to this place ever.

For the price I paid for this place, it should have been more comfortable. The beds were hard, the walls are thin, the black out part of the curtains had so many holes, it didn’t keep out much light.

The room was very old and rundown. Wallpaper coming off the walls. Towel rack has been ripped off the wall. Coffee maker leaking. Non-working stove. No tub stopper. Very loud people at all hours outside. It seemed like some people were actually living there. Big gap under the door. Would not recommend. The best thing is no bugs scurried.

The room was very clean and staff was courteous, but the doors to the kitchen at 6am for breakfast was locked. There should of been a sign posted at that time noting when breakfast would become available.
