This was a bait and switch from the photos and what we experienced when we checked in and went to our room. We booked with Suburban Studios placed in Quality Inn room as they explained it away as maintenance closures. Dirty and torn shower curtain, light didn’t work over vanity, dirty tub, caked dirt in bathroom corners and vent. Mattress on one side was stained and pillows did not have covers and smelled like previous guests cologne and hair products. TV remote did not work. Too tired and frustrated to walk to front. Filthy walk ways with food, old beverage spills, cleaning supplies, old shopping cart and smoking pots not maintained. Terrible is the bottom of what I would call this experience.

The rooms are clean enough but , are not updated . No small coffe pot in the room . The landscaping was neglected and there was trash left in cheap trash bags under the stairs by their cleaning staff . There was litter all over the grounds . A good cleaning and upkeep would be better for their business . Because of this , they are attracting “ rift rat “ . We won’t be staying there again . They also had one guy tending the front desk and in the morning he was also in the breakfast area which was awful . The coffee is watered down , and the “ juice “ was not real OJ . It was something it looked like , powedered imitation juice .

It is a old motel trying to re-invent itself as a new hotel. Rooms poorly remodeled. Our room had toilet lid with only one bolt on. Tv channels did not come in. Breakfast was poorly stocked. No fruit no yogurt.

We ended up not staying at this property. It wasn't in a nice area. It looked run down and dirty . Totally opposite of the description advertised in the website. There was no way we were going to stay. We tried calling property to cancel. They were not helpful. Definitely 2 thumbs down

Needs to be shut down! It's falling apart and not being fixed properly. Furniture handles were falling off. Even the outside of the hotel & parking lot is dirty & not cared for, littered with cigarette butts, although a lobby sign says they are a non-smoking hotel. The female clerk came & looked at the 1st room I complained on, didn't say a word, then started to leave. I had to stop her & ask what's happening. She said she would find a new room, then never called or returned to complete the process. I had to call the desk again, and this time a male answered and had no idea of my complaint or what other staff had done or said. He asked me to come trade 1st room key for the new one, so I had to load my stuff back in my car, only to unload it again in the 2nd room, which was worse than the original! The tile floor in the bathroom area was so dirty, it had visible footprints and was sticky. The duvet covers in both rooms had cigarette burns & sheets were super wrinkled. The 2nd room had a mop handle in the corner & the light fixture was covered with a plastic bag and tape. The bathroom tiles & baseboard was falling off. The AC was super noisy and vents dirty in both rooms. The tub in the 2nd room looked dirty. They're were huge dents in the walls, not filled, just painted over. The 2nd room, and hotel in general, was so bad, I just loaded my stuff up after a late night at the casino & drove home. I had more pics but it would only let me load 8! Don't stay here!!!

It's a very good hotel, it shares the land with Quality Inn too and the rooms are clean. They even have an induction cooktop if anyone wants to cook

This property was not ready for use. The room smelled musty, the tv did not work. The owner stated that they had bought the property a month ago. I hope the owners take time to refurbish and the reopen. This property was built maybe in the late 70s to early 80s. I did not the next three days as scheduled.
