I was extremely disappointed by both the hotel itself & by the staff. Language differences were an issue. Nobody was ever at the front desk. I had to ring a bell and wait for assistance. The ice machine was broken, the phone in the room was broken, the room door wouldn't close completely, the A/C was extremely noisy, the linens had stains. The breakfast was a joke! Only cold eggs, one cold piece of sausage, no fruit or cereal, & the 3 biscuits that were there had mold on them. The coffee tasted like brown water, not coffee! When I checked out & asked for my receipt, I was told the printer was broken & to contact Expedia to get a receipt. I will never stay at this hotel again and it makes me woner about the entire Quality Inn chain.

The place was DISGUSTING!!! Not what I expected for $140/night. I didn't feel safe at all because my door didn't latch all the way and ended up blocking it with furniture. On top of that I had to pass this absolutely creepy and disgusting room that anybody could have been in since the door was open every time I went up and down the stairs and it's not lit up at night at all. My room had obviously been smoked in and as a non-smoker it was awful enough that I had to buy a room spray and woke up sick the next morning. The smoke detector didn't have a battery. The carpet was covered in stains. My pillow cases were dirty (ended up buying mybown pillows and cases) And given the state of the rest of the place even if I had asked for another room it feels like they would have been just as bad. The desk chair had who knows what kind of white stuff on it.

Bad hotel

When you make a reservation you expect to get what you reserved but instead they had rented your room to some else and put me into a double bed room instead of my king size that i had reserved so my recommendation do not stay here!

Hotel is being worked on. Desperately needs remodeling. Housekeeping was poorly done. Breakfast was not well stocked. The creamer was empty and we had to ask for coffee cups. The waffle maker kept tripping the breaker. The breakfast room was dimly lit. There was only a small portable ice maker and it was empty. It was a convenient location for us and was comfortable enough for a couple of nights. The rate reflects the above mentioned issues compared to other chains in the area. I chose this hotel because the reviews I saw were decent but none of them mentioned any of the issues so I was a little surprised by the condition of the hotel

First of all, they sign us to room the door wide open I called the office. She reassigned me to a different room when an employee comes out of the old room. He gets the key to go to the room that I was assigned to and I tell him it’s my room we go in. There’s a towel on the sink used the key cover with the room number and Wi-Fi password on by the TV. There’s a bracelet that goes around the wrist when you go into an event then when we get ready for bed, the sheets were dirty they were stained.

I was skeptical about grabbing the room because of the reviews, but thank goodness they weren’t as bad as it seemed. I got 2 rooms and one was clean and proper. The other on one of the beds had a pet fur on the blankets Requested another room, but they said they did not have any so I asked them if they could replace the sheets. Instead, they gave me the sheets myself to go put on which isn’t completely bad. Basically you get what you pay for here.

Lousy excuse for breakfast. Cold eggs and sausage. Room has sticky floors. Lamps were full of dust. Staff never said thank you for your patronage. They really didn’t care. While I never say never, this hotel will be way down the list for any future stay in Gainesville. This facility gives Quality Inns and Hotels. Com a bad reputation.

I rented four rooms our room look like the bathroom had not been swept. The shower curtain had mildew on it. The light over the sink was not working. The remote control for the TV was not available. Did call front desk and one was provided but couldn’t get the TV to work. Doors did not shut completely and the curtains for the window outside. Do not close all the way.
