The staff we interacted with was great! This hotel has popcorn and tea which is great. There were 2 things that I still feel traumatized from. Our shower curtain had what looked to be BIG bloody dried snot rockets, and of course the shower curtain chings to you while using it. The washclothes appeared to be clean from the outside but after washing my face realized that the inside of the wash cloth had what appeared to be the same either face or butt bio matter. Brown bloody and flaky. I'm not sure if the person prior blew their nose in the wash cloth or wiped and put it back. That same morning there was hair in the scrambled eggs at breakfast. I understand things happen and it seemed like a lot for the brief trip to sleep and continue on our travels. I wouldn't say this is a bad hotel, I'm saying check everything first. The staff was great when we did interact and can't imagine them not correcting these things. For sake of time and wanting to have a good trip, I didn't raise the issue while there.

If you are reading this, you are a person who is open to considering hotels at the level of Sleep Inn and similiar brands. But you know that in this category of hotels, some are good and some not. This specific Sleep Inn is in the GOOD category. Clean room, comfortable beds, Samsung tv, great water pressure, lots of bathroom counter space, easy parking/access, etc. The breakfast is what you might expect with some eggs, meat, lots of bread, waffle-maker, yogurt, cheese. We will stay again if traveling through UF.
