Clean, and quiet. Great affordable spot to sleep for attending a competition at the Alchua Sports Complex (10 min drive away). Handful of fast food restaurants and IHOP nearby. This is not a “high-dollar hotel” but is a good, no frills, place to lay your head. The staff was professional/friendly, room was clean and not in disrepair though it is an older facility. Price was right for overnight stay!

Convenient location. Comfortable bed and room was clean. Walkways worn and need upgrading. Bathroom was upgraded and if bathroom door was replaced it would have been better. Man at desk at checkin could have been more friendly. iHOP very close across the street!

It was very nice and clean, especially for one night stay. The front desk JQ had superb customer service. Beware the bed might sway and creak but if you can get passed that you will enjoy the stay.

Good stay

Stayed one night for the Gatornationals. You could tell it had a little age on the place but seemed to be updated and well kept. Had a Security guard at night watching vehicles. Id stay there again.

Smaller motel but easy access to UF, downtown, airport, and interstate. Modest room with smallish but clean bathroom. My room was a king bed with fridge and microwave. Very reasonable and quiet.

This property was unique in that you could check in at any time you wanted. There wasn’t a rule about not being able to check in until 3-4pm like at most hotels. The room was very nice and spacious. The hotel was close to everything I needed. It was a pleasant experience and I’d stay there again.
