in extreme cold (not unusual for this area), I was given a room where the heat had been turned off. I turned it on and the room had not warmed significantly in an hour, but I was too tired to ask for another room that night and crawled under the covers. Awoke at 4 am and room still cold (heater blowing but not warm enough air coming out). Requested new room and was given another room's key. that room also cold, but within an hour was starting to warm up so moved over there. Microwave didn't work in that room. The desk clerk thought she'd take microwave from room 1 and move it to room 2 but was unable to disconnect it, so left me both room keys. I went back to room 1 and figured out how to remove microwave and take it to room 2. All in all, not great.
