Check in was quick and pleasant. Chris was the front desk associate if I recall his name correctly. He was very helpful in giving me a room with the view that I wanted. My room was clean and comfortable. One of two elevators was in operation during my stay. Continental breakfast was basic. Cereal, coffee, juice, bagels and muffins along with self serve waffle machine. Hotel shows some signs of wear and tear ...torn wallpaper in hallway near elevator on one floor. To sum up, this hotel meets my needs while visiting the Cumberland area and I will return again in future.

The room was clean enough, but far from pristine. They do offer breakfast, but guests are NOT permitted to take food to rooms! Exhaust fan did not work and we also reserved a king size bed and were switched to two double beds upon arrival. The location and price was great because of the event that we were attending, but unfortunately that is the ONLY good thing about this hotel.
