Downtown getaway right in the middle of the historic Main Street in Frisco. This nice one-bedroom condo is ideal for a couple or a solo adventurer, but will also accomodate a family with kids.

Feel the energy - boutique shops, local cafes, live music and seasonal festivals are just a steps away.

Easy access to slopes - there is a bus stop just a couple blocks away which would take you to Copper Mountain or Breckenridge. Keystone, Loveland and Vail are just a short drive away.

Our condo is a great base to enjoy everything Frisco and Summit County has to offer. Spacious one-bedroom condo with full kitchen, large living room, dining table and separate bedroom. There is a TV in the living room and bedroom. Full bathroom features a shower/tub combination. Living room faces Main and 4th Street, while bedroom is set back towards the courtyard.

Close to the lake - just a few blocks from Frisco Bay Marina.

After a day of adventure, you can soak in the hot tub in the courtyard. It’s a community hot tub, but there are only four units there.

The condo is located on the second level - stairs must be climbed.

Parking. Free outdoor parking available for one vehicle.
