Take the staircase and you'll find the second level is a complete living space with everything at hand - a spacious and open living/dining/kitchen area perfect for entertaining or lounging after a hard day of outdoor adventure, gas fireplace, private laundry and 3 bedrooms. The primary bedroom has a King bed while the second and third bedrooms have Queen beds. All bedrooms have private bathrooms en-suite. The property also has a loft with comfy couches to lounge on watching TV or playing a video game. Additional bedding is a Full sized air mattress.

Super close to the Frisco Historic Park, you can sit outside on the deck in the summer and listen to the Frisco music series. The Summit Stage free bus service is close by with service to Copper Mountain and Breckenridge. Summit County Rec Path and trails are close by as well.
