✔The HOA does not allow guests to bring pets, however the owners do bring their pet from time to time, so if you have allergies be mindful of this.

Guests have access to the condo. There is also guest parking available (no permit required)

This condo is in an awesome location!
You can walk to Lake Dillon. You can rent paddle boards and kayaks, even a pontoon boat! (check out Dillon Marina Boat Rentals)
The rec path is also right there to enjoy a bike ride or stroll.
There are views of Gray's and Torrey's Peak.
Getting Around:
Most of our guests bring cars on their mountain journeys.

- This property is NOT pet friendly (however the owners do bring their pet from time to time, so if you have an allergy be mindful of this info).
- No Smoking of any kind inside of the unit
- No parties or groups of more than 7
