Everything and everyone at this hotel are most wonderful we will always stay here when we are in Saint John NB! Only one tiny thing the rooms temperature was not constant! Bathroom away from the heat was cold and the other half of the room next to the heat was to warm! Small thing in all!

The staff were very helpful and friendly. The included breakfast was delicious with many options. The room was clean and beautiful, however we found the conditioner bottle was empty. That's the only thing we found lacking.

Definitely recommend! Very affordable. Staff were exceptional, very attentive and accomodating. The place was very clean and inviting, and so was our room and bathroom. We were fortunate enough to arrive just before they took down the Christmas decorations. It was so beautiful. The breakfast was tasty but I wish they could find a way to keep it warm. I know it's an issue for a lot of places but please find a way. Keeping the plates hot on the side would be a good start but it won't work by its self. Over all...near perfect!

Staff - 100% Room - 50% Heating system very noisy. Toilet seat was loose. (Notified reception staff when signing out.) We had stayed there many times in the past year and we were always 100% satisfied before. Maintenance??
