Due to the Hill Country location of our rentals, you may encounter wildlife (Snakes, Deer, Raccoons, Squirrels, Possum, Birds (including Hawks), ETC). Please be aware of your surroundings, take caution while driving at night, and supervise your children at all times while they are outdoors. In addition, all properties do utilize pest control services on a regular basis BUT this does not guarantee pests or bugs will not be visible. This includes but is not limited to: ants, snakes, spiders, scorpions, beetles/roaches/water-bugs, mice, or flies.


- Quiet Time is from 10:00 pm to 7:00 am, per City Ordinance

- If we are called due to complaints violating Quiet Time:

1st Offense will result in a $250 fine.

2nd Offense will result in a $500 fine.

If police are called, you are responsible for any fines or fees issued with the citation or warning. If police are called there will be a $500 fine, even if no citation is issued.

Property Misadvertised

This property was not really a house, and was not advertised properly in your property write-up It was totally inconvenient and we felt unsafe having to go outdoors at night to access the bedrooms. This was like a hotel. Had we wanted to stay in a hotel, we would have done so. The living room/kitchen area was not very clean either. Sitting on the couch one evening, I found someone's dried up contact lenses lying on the arm of the couch...unsanitary! The freezer also still had frozen food in it and it was filthy. Tim, the property manager, was also not helpful and got "smart" with me and just walked off after we had to wait an hour for him to come out to let us into the property as the proper access code was not given. Tim came up with every excuse under the sun as to why he messed up and did not give us the proper codes. Don't make excuses...fess up to your error! Due to your misadvertisement of the property, I feel you owe me a refund. This was not how we were looking to spend our supposed to be fun weekend.

Very cool house as the bedrooms are separate from living area via a breezeway and have their own keypad doors. So didn’t have to worry about waking others in the house as bedrooms were separate. It was fairly clean, could use a good dust, but overall really happy with the house! Super close to Main Street and had ample parking room in the driveway. Checkout was a breeze as there are no checkout rules other than don’t make used beds. Look forward to visiting this property again!
