Good overall stay. Backyard was great. House was clean. All of the appliances were in good condition. Beds were comfy. We specifically asked if there was a washer and dryer and were told yes. There is no washer and dryer. Toilet has an issue causing it to run most of the time, that needs to be repaired. A couple of the doors in the house don’t shut properly. While the area seems very safe, there’s always random cars in front of the house due to construction across the street. Construction starts at 8 am most mornings. I won’t go into specifics. But, the house is not very secure.

Get away to celebrate daughter turning 21 yrs old. This house serves its purpose for what it was for. Needs extra attention to outside amenities cleanliness. Charming house.

An Engagement in Texas Wine Country!

We had the best time during our stay! This house was adorable and SO pet friendly. They had towels on the porch to wipe the pup’s paws down and an amazing back yard. My brother in law got in engaged while we were there and we had a few family members over to enjoy the fire pit after. It was perfect! We were able to walk to Main Street as well. Will def be back!

The place was perfect for a little vacation in Fredericksburg. Perfect spot that was very homey and friendly to use. Walking distance to all the great spots in the area and only 20 min from Enchanted Rock.

Loved the property. It was Very cold that weekend, but we were unable to use the fireplace due to no matches or firestick available. We were very comfortable. We had to leave a day early due to bitter cold & ice moving in. Veru cute & comfy.

Adorable house and very clean and comfy!!!

We loved our little home away from home! I cannot wait to come back and stay again! The house was just as described and super clean and comfortable. We spent our anniversary here and absolutely loved every moment! It felt so homey and comfortable. It is close to everything but not in the middle of the noise and hustle. I highly recommend this adorable little cottage!

Property was filthy, our dog had to tiptoe in the yard which was all full of cockleburs and no grass, Front door would not latch and lock - we reported this and no one came - I had to fix it myself, loud next-door neighbor. Expensive and very disappointing. Worst VRBO we've ever stayed in.

Hot Hot Water bad bad coffee

Shower has painfully low water pressure and the head on the shower is in rough shape. No regulator on the heat of the water In the house so it goes from warm to scalding hot in an instant. Very Small old home probably around 800 sq feet everything was as promised nothing was misleading. I would suggest to the operators to buy a better coffee pot fix the irregularities in temperature for water in the home and replace the shower head and this place would be a world better.

Very clean and comfortable!

My adult daughter and I enjoyed staying in this charming, cozy home for five nights. The beds were very comfortable and while only one bathroom, it was large and quite accommodating. Our first impression as we walked in was how clean it smelled and appeared. The property manager is easy to work with and immediately answered our questions. We loved our stay and Fredericksburg, even in the middle of a hot summer, was quite enjoyable. We would stay here again.
