The Space:

Bayer Guest Haus is a luxurious and spacious home that accommodates up to 8 guests comfortably. The inviting open living room, adorned with plush couches and a touch of charming farmhouse decor, features brand new wood floors and a large flat-screen TV—an ideal setting for unwinding and enjoying cozy movie nights with cherished loved ones.



For those who revel in culinary pursuits, the kitchen is a culinary haven. A charming coffee bar and a convenient peekaboo opening to the living room with bar seating create an ideal space for both cooking and socializing. The kitchen is thoughtfully stocked with all the essential appliances, cookware, and utensils required to whip up delectable meals.



The master bedroom is a sanctuary of comfort, featuring a plush king-sized bed adorned with fresh, cozy linens. It boasts an en suite bathroom with a spacious double vanity, exquisitely tiled shower, and a generous walk-in closet. It also boasts a large flat-screen TV for your viewing pleasure.



The second bedroom is appointed with a queen bed and a flat-screen TV, while the third and fourth bedrooms each offer a sumptuous queen bed and their own large flat-screen TVs. These bedrooms are adorned with tasteful decor and high-quality furnishings, ensuring a restful night's sleep after days spent exploring the nearby wineries, enchanting Enchanted Rock, and the vibrant downtown area.

Pet fees & rules:

We're delighted to welcome furry friends! This property is pet-friendly for dogs, unfortunately we can't accommodate cats at this time.

-Pet fee(s) of $135 plus tax will apply in addition to the nightly rate.

-Please check the weight limit and max number allowed for this unit.

-Please keep your pups leashed outside and clean up after them.

-A separate pet waiver must be signed.

-Any and all damages or issues caused by your pet to a unit or furnishing will be immediately charged to your credit card on file.



Guest Access:

✅ This property has special local compliance requirements which include a signed rental agreement, ID verification, and a security hold of $1000 (which is not a traditional security deposit, just a pending transaction). As an optional alternative to the security hold, you may opt in to purchase a non-refundable damage waiver provided by a third-party insurance company. The optional damage waiver is $53 for stays up to 10 nights, with an additional $1.5 per day for stays longer than 10 nights. Damage waiver purchases are optional.

2. Not all homes have cable; consider setting up a streaming account in advance.

3. Our team is committed to assisting you, though occasional check-in delays may occur during peak periods.

4. WiFi is available in all homes, but uninterrupted service is not guaranteed. No refunds or rate adjustments will be made for mechanical failures, or discontinued or interrupted services that occur during your stay.

5. A $500 fine will be imposed for any evidence of smoking, confetti, vomit residues, or glitter.

6. Set the A/C no lower than 72 degrees to prevent freezing and system issues; no refunds for low-temperature-related A/C problems.

7. Start-up sundries provided for the first two days; report missing items within one hour of arrival.

8. Pet-friendly units welcome pets with an additional fee; ensure pets are well-behaved and respectful.

9. Bugs are common in the Texas Hill Country; pest control is in place, but some insects are inevitable.

10. In Texas, there are periods of time without significant rainfall causing the county to place a ban on burning. Please check the current burn ban status, before using the fire pit at your vacation rental. Check the amenities to see if this rental is equipped with a fire pit.

11. Please observe Fredericksburg’s Quiet Hours (10 p.m. to 7 a.m.)

12. The City of Fredericksburg is an international Dark Sky Community. To protect the dark skies, please turn off outdoor lighting when not in use.

13. Only utilize the designated on-site and off-site parking spaces at your rental.

14. For any issues during your stay, a 72-hour window after check-out is provided to file a claim. Note that refunds won't be issued for claims submitted after this period. We appreciate your cooperation.
