Kozy Kottage!

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. It's one block off Main Street, so you can walk to eat, shop, etc. The Kottage is very cute and well kept and the hot tub is just an added bonus. We enjoyed the hot tub both nights we were there. I would definitely recommend this property for your stay in Fredericksburg.

Relaxing Girl's Weekend - Great Place

My girlfriends wanted a place to celebrate a birthday that wasn't the typical hotel room. This place fit our needs and offered lots of charm! The kitchen is small, but fully functional with a stove, oven, microwave, and ref. The home takes you back to a simpler time and allows you to wonder what life was like on a day to day basis. Both bedrooms had ceiling fans, so we didn't need the AC. The hot tub was easy to get in and out. We didn't sit in the front porch because the weather was cold and rainy, which meant we drank wine and shared stories. The beds were comfortable. The place was very clean. There was plenty of parking. There were old pictures on the walls that generate lots of conversation. I would highly recommend this place!

Close to main street

We enjoyed our stay at Barbi and Keith’s Kottage. It is one block from Main Street and an easy walk. The Kottage was clean and had everything we needed. We would definitely stay there again.

Barbie and Keith's Wonderful Cottage- Great Stay

We loved this house. Had everything we needed including a hot tub. My husband said the bed was too soft, but I slept like a baby. one block off all the downtown festivities, we walked almost everywhere all weekend. The owners even left us some sort of dessert cake when we arrived. It was delicious! The only negative is they only have basic cable, so if you get too hot and tired to walk anymore like we did, you don't have any movie channels or on demand items to watch if you just want to chill of a night. Everything else made up for it though. I would stay there again for sure.

Perfect Spot For A Wedding Anniversary Weekend

We stayed here Labor Day weekend for our 14th wedding anniversary. What a CUTE house! They did a beautiful job updating the home, while keeping all of the original wood floors, beadboard, fixtures and charm. The walk in shower is roomy and bright. The bed was very comfortable. The fresh blueberry muffins and bottled waters were a nice touch but we especially loved the frozen mugs waiting for us in the fridge. The house has a hot tub but we didn't end up using it.
