I didn't like the shampoo packets its very difficult to open them and use the shampoo and conditioner. Also my shower drained very slowly. But other then those things the staff was nice and I had everything I needed to be comfortable.

Only stayed one night and everything was clean, staff friendly and helpful. Overall good clean place to stay for overnight accommodation and close to many food options.

Overall, nice stay, good accommodation, but Room key didn’t work, and (although disabled and can barely walk, had to go back to front desk, get another key (while my wife & small dog waited in the hall) and then go back to the top floor and enter another room (fortunately across the hall). Otherwise, a nice stay.

The staff was extremely helpful and accommodating. We had a wedding party to be checked in early and they were so helpful ! Beds are comfortable; great AC; everything worked as it should work; elevator to use; affordable. Only downside was the free breakfast. It was just a brown bag breakfast . It would have been nice to have a breakfast room and some warm items buffet style.

Initially when I walked in, the inn seemed clean. I liked that the inn did not have carpeted floors in the room. The floors were vinyl which lends to being more sanitary than carpet. The chair in the room was soiled but everything else was clean. The stay went down hill from there. We checked in at about 8pm and from about 8:30 on someone was chain smoking and smoke filled the hallway and entered our room from under the door. I put towels under the door, turned the a.c. on, and turned on the bathroom fan. None helped. I was up all night. IT WAS ABSOLUTLEY MISERABLE. There was a break at about 12 midnight, but the heavy smoke started again about 2:30am. I booked a non-smoking room. It felt like I was the only non-smoking room on a floor of chain smokers. I went to the front desk. The inn was full and I could not be moved. The front desk person offered me air freshening spray. Though the hotel cannot control how much a guest smokes, the amount of smoke in the hallway speaks to, likely, a poor ventilation system. Maybe designated smoking rooms should be isolated in an area or on a specific floor, instead of intermingled among non-smoking rooms. Absolutely the most miserable hotel stay ever. I will never stay at a Days Inn ever, ever again.

This is my first negative review with Travelocity. We stayed at the Days Inn in Westminster for 2 nights in May 2021 for my daughter's graduation from McDaniel College. The room was filthy! The bathtub had black mold growing around the drain. The tub even had a body oil ring. The bathroom floor was dirty. We spoke to the manager the next day and he assured us that this was highly unusual and that he would have our room cleaned. We left for the day and came back that evening and the room was still filthy including the tub. The ice machine was out of order in the hall. The landscaping was dead. The tile walkway outside the front of the hotel was crumbling. The coffee maker in our room had an old coffee pod that was molding in the coffee maker. We tried to find another hotel in close vicinity to the college but because it was graduation weekend there were no other rooms available. I spoke to the manager/owner of the hotel again the morning after our 2 night at checkout and he refused to leave the front desk and look at the room. We asked the manager for a full refund. He told us he would give us a free night if you can believe it. We made a formal complaint to the Wyndham corporate office once we returned home. A few days later we received a full refund. Do not stay here.
