Great option for an overnight at Frankfurt Airport. Short easy walk to the Marriott without having to go outside. The room was very nice and comfortable, and there’s a lovely bar and dining area with lots of travels. Great option for a quick overnight stay

Clean but tired. Poor light controls in the room. Not sure if it was out if order or just bad design. No reading lights. One side table lamp was broken etc. OK forcone night stay next to the airport.

When I checked in at 9pm I was told that there were no king beds had left (which was what I had booked for) and would I be okay with two beds. I said no problem although they shouldn’t sell rooms they don’t have. I asked the receptionist that it was 2 double/queen beds and she said yes. I then went to the room to find two single beds and a disabled bathroom where the water from the shower made everything went. The other receptionist was telling the guests next to me that they would get a disabled room and I think I could have been also explained and given the chance, especially as a Marriott member.

Great place to stay at the airport especially if you have an early flight the next morning. Clean, quiet, spacious room which appeared to be recently renovated. We added their breakfast buffet and loved the fresh selections. Staff gave us easy to follow directions to get to Terminal 2. (Took us about 10-12 minutes including the short walk and bus ride)

Hotel is in a great location! Perfect access to Frankfurt Airport! Service levels still lack in the bar and restaurant area! The staff always appear to be too busy to help. Check in was fine but the front desk seem reluctant to assist otherwise. Asked for a cork screw; go to the bar….ask to print a boarding pass; go to the business centre in the Sheraton. Since all the desk staff handled enquiries this way ; assume this is the direction given! Could be so much better!
