Room was great but temp control was not. Didn't matter where i set the thermostat it was too warm. Bed was comfy, breakfast was fine, parking and sidewalks were covered in ice. But, i would totally stay there again should the need arise.

The staff was very nice and the room was spotless. This was an overnight stay, and while we didn't spend much time in the hotel, they made sure we were aware of all the hotel had to offer.

my room was in okay/decent condition. the a/c unit was broken and hanging a little bit. the bathroom mirror had a broken led light which caused it to be kind of dim. lastly, anytime i tried to plug my ps5 up the lights in the room would flicker as if they were about to turn off. none of this affected my sleep but just would’ve been nice to see fixed! additionally, there were no greetings from staff coming in or leaving out. which would have also been nice.

Property was sufficient except the staff. The girl that checked us in was non verbal. The man that replaced her couldn't speak English. We ask about our tv that wouldn't come on and couldn't get on safe wifi. He never could answer our questions. Next morning the man was just hateful. We are retired and love to travel. Hilton has always been our go to.
